DR. ARMANDO HERNANDEZ-REY

Medical Director

Armando Hernandez-Rey, MD is a board-certified reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist.

As one of only two fertility specialists offering robotic surgery in Miami, Dr. Hernandez-Rey is able to offer minimally invasive surgeries with faster recovery times and minimal scarring, often as an alternative to advanced treatments such as IVF.

Dr. Hernandez-Rey has made dreams come true for hundreds of families from South Florida and across the world. He prides himself on being accessible to his patients to ensure they are calm and reassured, a key component to his success.

Dr Neil Goodman

Medical Endocrinologist

Dr. Goodman is a charter member of AACE, and co-founded the Reproductive Medicine Committee. He has served as, and is presently, chairman of the committee and is a principal author for the Menopause, Hyperandrogenism, and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome guidelines. He has lectured nationally on various topics in reproductive medicine and thyroid disorders. He focuses on reproductive medicine, treating polycystic ovary syndrome, infertility, menopause, and male hypogonadism.

Dr. Shah is passionate about inclusive family building for all. As a fertility specialist, she is committed to educate, empower, and provide individualized care as one navigates decisions and choices around reproductive health and growing their family.

Dr. Shah is accomplished in publishing papers, writing textbook chapters and medical humanities poetry, presenting her research at national meetings, and has been awarded teaching accolades by medical students and residents during her training.

Dr. Shah is passionate about inclusive family building for all. As a fertility specialist, she is committed to educate, empower, and provide individualized care as one navigates decisions and choices around reproductive health and growing their family.

MAGGIE GONZALEZ

Physician Assistant

Maggie Gonzalez PA-C, MMS graduated from Nova Southeastern University PA Program in 2004 followed by a Trauma/General Surgery and Critical Care Residency at JMH/Ryder Trauma Center completed in 2005.

She practiced as Chief Physician Assistant at Memorial Regional Hospital in Trauma/General Surgery and Critical Care for 11 years.

Maggie is passionate about her involvement in the PA community and in the education of prospective healthcare professionals. She is actively involved in the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, she serves as the Course Director for the Miami Dade College PA program’s Surgical Curriculum and is a frequent speaker on various surgical topics.

MAGGIE GONZALEZ

Nurse Practitioner

Jackelyn Golden MSN, ARNP, FNP- BC is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who began her nursing career in 2014 after completing her bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Miami. She worked as a registered nurse in maternal and infant health at Baptist Hospital of South Florida for four years

Due to her continued interest in women’s health and after graduating from the Florida International University Nurse Practitioner Program in 2018, Jackie joined the field of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

Jackelyn is passionate about her work and is excited to be part of a team that helps individuals achieve their dream of parenthood.
